چکیده
The olive pomace is produced as a result of oil production. Studies, about products obtained from agricultural wastes, have increased within the scope zero waste studies. In present study, activated carbon was synthesized using taken processing plant operating with three-phase process. characterization performed Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Brunauer – Emmett Teller (BET), and X-Ray Crystallography (XRD) devices. Olive (OPAC) used for adsorption dye an aqueous solution. efficiency OPAC investigated. pH value solution (6-9), amount (0.5 1.0 g/L), initial concentration (600-1200 mg/L) were optimized. Also, kinetic isotherm calculations made. optimum parameters found original (pH=8), g/L 1000 mg/L. Langmuir model pseudo-second-order most suitable models.

Adsorption of 4-chlorophenol from aqueous solution using activated carbon synthesized from aloe vera green wastes
In this study, activated carbon synthesized from Aloe vera green wastes was used as a sorbent to remove 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) from aqueous solutions. The influence of contact time (0-100 minutes), pH (2-8), adsorbent dosage (1-9 g/l), and initial 4-CP concentration (10-60 mg/l) in batch system was investigated on the sorption. The sorbent was specified using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). ...
